I’m a Clinical Psychologist with over 30 years’ experience as a psychologist. I take a collaborative and person-centred approach to psychotherapy, working with adults to navigate life’s challenges and strengthen their capacity for insight, change, and emotional resilience.

My priority is to create a safe, accepting, and compassionate therapeutic space where clients feel deeply heard and supported. Together, we explore not just symptoms, but the patterns, histories, and relational dynamics that sit beneath distress. Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, low mood, workplace stress, relationship difficulties, or a major life transition, I tailor treatment to suit each person’s goals and context.

As an experienced clinician, I draw on a broad and flexible range of evidence-based approaches including psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), schema therapy, attachment-based models, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), compassion-focused therapy, systemic (family) therapy, and systems psychodynamics.

I have a particular interest in workplace mental health—supporting people experiencing burnout, navigating organisational and team dynamics, strengthening leadership and executive resilience, and promoting wellbeing among health professionals. I’m also a certified executive coach and offer executive and leadership coaching for senior leaders and organisations wanting to build leadership capability and develop high performing teams, particularly in the health and human services sectors.

In addition to individual psychotherapy, I’m a Board-approved supervisor and provide supervision and reflective practice for psychologists and health professionals, to support their professional development, resilience, and helping them to flourish in their careers.

My practice is grounded in clinical expertise, curiosity, and care. I’m deeply committed to supporting people to find clarity, connection, and meaning in their lives.
