I am a clinical psychologist with an interest in working with new parents, infants, toddlers and families in the perinatal period who may be experiencing difficulties throughout this transformative and often challenging phase of life. I also work with adults who are struggling with their emotional wellbeing in the context of depression, anxiety, trauma, phobias, loss, adjustment to life stressors, low self-esteem, family and relationship problems and work stress.

I work relationally from an attachment, development and trauma informed lens to understand my clients and support them through the ups and downs of life. Therapy is a collaborative process and for the first few sessions I like to balance asking questions with giving you the space and support to reflect on the reasons you came to therapy, as well as past experiences, so that we can come up with a shared understanding of your strengths, struggles, and the dynamics that may be contributing to your pain. You might have a really clear idea of what you’re hoping for by starting therapy, or you might only know that something does not feel quite right. Either way is fine, and I will work alongside you as we figure that out together. I offer both short-term and long-term therapy, and together we can decide on the structure and frequency of sessions based on your individual goals and needs.
I understand that reaching out for help can be difficult, and starting therapy can feel intimidating. My aim is to support you to explore and process painful experiences and emotions in a way that feels safe and manageable. I look forward to working steadily alongside you as you navigate through the joys and challenges that life brings.
