- Any findings on observations at the interview (if a psychological injury), current symptomatology
- The diagnosis of your condition
- Confirmation, if appropriate; your condition was caused by the incident.
- The impact of your condition on your ability to undertake:
- activities of daily living;
- recreation and social activities;
- relationships;
- personal well-being, self-esteem and confidence; and
- family of household responsibilities; and
- Your future treatment requirements, including an estimate of the likely costs
- Your prognosis for recovery, including any permanent residual disabilities
Our assessments are independent of the compensation decision, which rests with the assessors at the Office of Criminal Compensation, Department of Justice Western Australia.
